 Venturing out of his peacock house to enjoy Ketchikan's sunny days, Elvis struts his stuff. As if to mock the rain, Elvis performs his spring celebration dance around a large rain gauge provided by the Juneau Weather Service. Although the gauge casts a shadow on Elvis's colorful feathers it doesn't dampen his lively performance.
