November 21, 2002
Thursday - 12:15 am

The Ketchikan Area Arts & Humanities Council's Annual Winter Arts Faire will be held at the Ted Ferry Civic Center on Friday, November 29th from 1 pm - 7 pm, and Saturday, November 30th, from 10 am - 5 pm.

Holiday shoppers and fine art collectors will have the opportunity to enjoy the work of more than 60 of the area's finest arts and craftspeople. Families can spend the entire day shopping, eating, browsing, and enjoying crafts demonstrations.

Again this year, kids can make their own crafts while their parents browse through the fine arts and crafts of the Faire. Santa will also make an appearance at the Faire from 1 pm - 3 pm on Friday and Saturday.

Parking is available at the Ted Ferry Civic Center or park downtown and ride the Cape Fox Lodge tram up the hill. Admission to the Faire is free and everyone is invited to participate in this traditional holiday event.
