2002 Totem Heritage Center Student & Instructor Art Show

The City of Ketchikan Museum Department unveils the 2002 Totem Heritage Center Student and Instructor Art Show on November 22, 2002, which will be on display at the Totem Heritage Center until December 21.

The work of more than 20 students and instructors will be featured, showcasing the talent and quality instruction that thrives at the Totem Heritage Center. Pieces include a rattle by David Boxley, Chilkat blanket by Dorica Jackson, spoons by Bill Pfeifer and baskets by Diane Douglas Willard, Sylvia Thompson and Dolly Garza. Other impressive contributions include an octopus bag, war dagger, button robes and much more.

The Ketchikan community is invited to attend this Friday's opening reception, from 5 - 7 p.m. Light refreshments will be provided, compliments of the students, instructors and staff of the Totem Heritage Center.
