3rd Avenue & Washington Street photo by Dick Kauffman - 09/13/02 The Department of Transportation & Public Facilities's (DOT&PF's) Third Avenue Extension project has been awarded to Secon in the amount of 16.6-million. Excavation and drilling for the remaining portion of the roadway has started and will continue as long as weather allows. No schedule has yet been established
for the water, sewer, and storm drain replacement work in White
Cliff Avenue between Second and Tongass Avenues.
