Wednesday night's game in Arlington, Washington saw the Ketchikan
Merchants defeat the Arlington Warriors 9 to 2.
Fred Bass, Manager and
Head Coach of the Ketchikan Merchants, reported that Jeret Erickson
went the distance for Ketchikan allowing 1 hit, striking out
6, allowing 4 bases on balls, and leaving 6 men on base.
Bass said the Merchants defense
was excellent again committing no errors. The Merchants offence
put up 9 runs as the Warriors committed 3 errors and Ketchikan
took advantage with some timely hits and good baserunning.
